What is this graph?

This graph shows the monthly edit activity split by the contribution from each editor cohort.

How do I read the graph?

• When an editor has edits >= 5/month the editor is considered active.
• editors are grouped by the month where they made their first edit.
• X-axis (time since the start of the wiki in months)
• Y-axis (contribution split by the cohorts of active editors in the month.)
• Each column gives the total no of active editors in a given month.
• Each data point gives the contribution from each editor cohort. The contribution from each cohort is stacked to get the total for a month.
• Each data point is also coloured by the change in activity of the cohort from its previous month.
